Good Oolong
One of my favorite Oolongs .. Taiwan High Mountain. This one has a strong flavour with no bitter / tannin taste. Also is forgiving in the brewing temp and steep time. Easy to brew when you have a couple of balls to juggle at the same time.
This brew number five .. and the flavours and test are first rate .. a real treat to brew and enjoy.
