Summer and Winter

Business trips spread over the year offer multi-seasonal views.

July - Aug.- Sept.- October, around the world Twice.

Not up to Phileas Fogg’s standard of 80 days, it will take me 106 days.

With a new company and multiple new products to launch on three continents, this summer will be a tad busy.

Endeavor

Flying to a resting place:  Pictures as it passed over Arizona en route to a safe landing at LAX, approx. 1:00 pm.

Sara had a great view as it passed overhead (very low altitude) near Disneyland.

Endeavour will remain at an airport hangar for several weeks as crews ready the shuttle for its own road trip through city streets to the California Science Center near downtown LA.

Ghamnip, Persimmon Tea

Robert returns (3 weeks in Vietnam, 1 week Korea) bearing gifts, Persimmon Tea from Korea. If the nature of the packaging is a testament to the treasures within ! As you can see it took some persuading to have this vault give up its booty..

The Korean name is:  ghamnip cha (감잎차). As an Infused Beverage (as opposed to a Tea) “Persimmon Tea” unfortunately will not make my list, just too many alternatives.  Looks like Robert will be able to enjoy this for a few additional days.
