Brewing loose leaf Scottish Breakfast Tea
Saturday morning, after a few bowls of aged Pu-Erh it's now time to brew some "Red Tea" / "Black Tea". In China we say
Red Tea
in ref. to colour of the soup .. in the west; we refer to the raw tea colour (
Black
).
