How you can you not want to read a book with this title (and pedigree) ? “Traditionally Built” a polite euphemism describing the; Rubenesque, sonsie or zaftig amongst us.

Book two is available as an audio cast by the: London Telegraph, The Dog who came in from the Cold Read by the inimitable Andrew Sachs, best-known for his performance as Manuel in Fawlty Towers.
The Telegraph is an excellent on-line newspaper, and I enjoy these ventures into mixed / multi media offerings.

I guess I'm a fan of traditionally-built bodies and a believer that tea can help get people there. Would you like to be sonsie? To be as thin as people were in most of history? Eat less but drink more tea. --Teaternity
